La Casa Rosa is an ancient farmhouse<\/strong> dating back to the last century, completely restored and renovated in 2011 according to modern standards of environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n

The name of the property, La Casa Rosa, originates from the external colour of the house \u2013 rosa meaning pink – which was acquired by the Angelini family in the 1930s.<\/p>\n

The idea of turning La Casa Rosa into a place of relaxation was born a few years ago by Pompilio\u2019s desire to spend his retirement in this oasis of tranquility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"foto<\/a>The surrounding land belongs to the farm, including a wood, quiet and secluded, that offers the possibility to walk in the pristine green, with spectacular views of the sea and mountain horizons<\/strong>. If you are lucky, you can see squirrels, porcupines, badgers and many species of birds.<\/p>\n

Despite the quiet and privacy enjoyed by the farm, “unfortunately” the phone still rings.<\/p>\n

The Casa Rosa offers a pleasant and relaxing B & B with breakfast service included<\/strong>. For those who prefer greater autonomy without part with peace of the B & B, there is the new Belvedere apartment complex.<\/p>\n

\"foto<\/a>La Casa Rosa rises among the picturesque hills of Offida<\/strong>, at 300 meters above sea level, 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea<\/strong> that washes the shores of San Benedetto del Tronto<\/strong> and of \u201cthe pearl of the Adriatic\u201d, Grottammare<\/strong> and from the interesting sights of Ascoli Piceno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the relaxing rustic environment of a green oak wood, the Bed and Breakfast accommodation of the Angelini family lies half an hour away from the Monti della Laga and Monti Sibillini<\/strong>, 1 km from Offida, one of the “most beautiful villages in Italy”.<\/p>\n

La Casa Rosa offers 6 rooms<\/strong>, one on the ground floor, which is suitable for disabled access and the remainder on the first floor. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, television and heating. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.<\/p>\n
